The craftsman ´s guesthouse ...

...is very conveniently located:  only a few metres to the Rhine, along which you then walk a few hundred metres to the Moselle. There you can take a small ferry to the Deutsches Eck/ Koblenz Historic Town from where you can take the cable car to Fortress Ehrenbreitstein. The business park Mülheim-Kärlich and also to the industrial area of ​​Koblenz- Kesselheim you will reach  by car in only a few minutes.
 

This guest house is designed specifically for workmen, larger groups and families up to 11 people...

... but if necessary an occupancy even of up to 13 people is possible.

This house has two bedrooms with 2 beds, one bedroom with 3 beds and one bedroom with 4 beds, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room.

On the ground floor and on the top floor each there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (on the top floor a full bathroom, on the ground floor a shower room). On the upper floor there is a communal area with a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables, another shower room with washing machine and a living room with TV. The sofas in the living room are comfortable sofa beds so that the living room can be used as a 5th bedroom if required.
The facilities are: WLAN internet access, which you can use free of charge, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker (Ceran), oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, an extra freezer, as well as coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course sufficient crockery.

Parking on our private parking at the house (only on request) or without problem and free of charge in the street nearby.
